The Brinco: a perfect ingredient for the top Spanish chefs

Nobody beats Bultaco when it comes to innovation and standing on the cutting edge, of that we are sure. And if there is any area that coalesces perfectly with such an innovative product, emerging from a fusion of technology and passion, it is fine cuisine.

Spain is famed for its renowned chefs, whose daily work and passion turn out authentic culinary gems to delight our palates.

Thus, our ambassador, Chef Paco Roncero, the holder or Michelin 2 stars, thought it would be a great idea to bring together the crème de la crème of Spanish cooking and share with them the Brinco experience, which he has already enjoyed firsthand.

The site chosen was the Ezcaray Valley, in La Rioja, where another chef boasting two Michelin stars, Francis Paniego, acted as the host and served up his fine fare at the end of the event.

Not wanting to miss out on this chance to discover our Moto Bike were chefs Diego Guerrero (DSTAgE), Yayo Daporta (Yayo Daporta), Jesús Sánchez (Cenador de Amós), Juan Antonio Medina (A’barra), Kisko García (Choco), Iñigo Lavado (Singular Food) and Jorge Raush (Criterium, Colombia), in addition to the aforementioned Paco Roncero and Francis Paniego. All together they hold nine Michelin stars and 17 Repsol soles. Plus the Brinco. Not bad at all!

After the event some participants shared their impressions of the experience with us:

Paco Roncero: “The best part of the Bultaco Brinco is being able to share it with friends. With the Brinco you don´t have to be in tip-top physical condition to hit the country or climb a mountain. It’s up to you, if you want you can gun the gas and harness the full power of its electric motor; or, if you prefer, you can rely more on your legs.”

Diego Guerrero told us that “the feeling is great because you can take it anywhere, and the best part is how much fun you can have. Also, I found it very easy to get used to, and everything was a blast.”

Finally, Francis Paniego talked about how he would best define the Brinco: “The word that defines it is “fun,” but it’s much more than that … it’s that little bit of throttle that allowed us to truly enjoy our valley, the Ezcaray, and it was a real thrill.”

The Brinco knows no limits. It is a fine product Bultaco has cooked up, simmering with passion, boasting the best ingredients and a quality presentation.
